Production Overview

Our network of factories have been modeled after some of the
most successful technology and automobile manufacturers in
Japan. We utilize the Just-in-Time manufacturing approach to
run lean and efficient factories.

Just In Time (JIT) Manufacturing

Just in Time manufacturing is a systems approach intended to
eliminate waste. It requires that equipment, resources and labor
are made available only in the amount required and at the time
required to do the job. It is based on producing only the necessary
units in the necessary quantities at the necessary time by bringing
production rates exactly in line with market demand. The goal here
is to keep our production costs down so that the customer has the
best price possible.

A key component of JIT is the Kan-ban workflow, which ensures
that flow is kept at a steady rate while keeping the investment in
inventory low and efficiency high. The process also controls the
movement of stock from one manufacturing module to another.
This again ensures smooth flow and increased productivity. The
result of Kan-ban for our manufacturing has been tremendous -
lower inventory, lower waste, lower work in progress and the
ability to prevent over production.
