BACK TO TOP Who handles freight, duty, and logistics?
One of the greatest benefits in working with Agile is hassle free shipping and logistics. Agile exports approximately one 40HQ container every day from its main facility in Ningbo, China. Most of these containers are bound for North and South America and contain product for dozens of our customers. Although many of our customers order complete containers, which we will ship directly to their door, smaller customers piggy-back on Agile’s daily containers. We take care of duty, logistics and freight and make the process as seamless as possible.

Agile is very flexible. Minimums depend on the complexity of the project, but more importantly, minimums are usually dependent on the type of fabrics and components required. Agile takes all inquiries seriously.
BACK TO TOP How much time do I need for delivery?
Lead time is dependent on order quantity and our customer’s needs. Customers always have the option of receiving their order in multiple shipments to speed up delivery time. Typically we quote 60-90 days from sample approval to receive your order.
BACK TO TOP How long does it take to receive a quotation?
Pricing estimates can often be provided during an initial phone conversation. Formal quotes typically take 2-10 days depending on the information we receive from the customer. Samples are always preferred, but we are more than happy to quote based on photographs with dimensional data, detailed drawings, and/or tech packs.

Agile has an amazing team of designers and graphic artists who work with our customer’s to turn concepts into finished product. Agile’s massive sampling room packed with state of the art equipment sets us apart from the competition. Agile has a digital stationary press that prints custom artwork or custom colors onto small lots of fabric. This equipment is extremely uncommon and allows our customers to see their designs before burning expensive print rollers and committing to thousands of dollars worth of fabric or product.

Credit terms vary from customer to customer and depend on the scope of the project.
BACK TO TOP How much does a sample cost and how long does it take?
Agile prefers not to make samples unless we have a Purchase Order, or legitimate commitment from our customer. Without a Purchase Order, we may request payment for samples, which would eventually be credited towards your order. In any event, samples can often be produced in 7-10 days.
